01 What types of footwear can HEVA develop and manufacture?
HEVA supports custom footwear development for slippers, sandals, slides, sneakers, boots, women's flats, high heels, garden clogs, fashion shoes, and water shoes. Each project is reviewed by design, materials, construction, tooling, testing needs, and order plan.
02 How do I start my private label shoe journey?
You can submit your designs, materials, quantities, sketches or image references to us via the form below. Alternatively, you may send an email to contact@hevashoeinc.com. We usually respond within 12 hours.
03 How does the shoe sampling process work?
Following the submission of your shoe details and requirements for your private label, we'll proceed to create an initial sample for your approval to ensure it meets your specifications.
04 How long does it usually take to make samples?
The sample timing depends on the styles and soles. If the styles are from our collection, the samples can be ready in 3-5 days; if OEM styles need a new last or sole, it will be 2-3 weeks.
05 How long does it take to ship samples? How much does it cost?
Usually, the shipping process takes about 7-15 days from China to any country. The shipping for shoes usually costs 20-50 dollars depending on the location.
06 How much does sampling cost?
Sample costs depend on various aspects. We typically charge twice the production cost for samples, $20 for a $10 supply price, for example. This fee is refundable with your bulk order's commencement.
07 What is the MOQ for private label shoes and wholesale shoes?
Typically, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pairs per color, per size, per style.
