Material options depend on the clog construction. Molded bodies can be developed in EVA, PU or PVC where technically suitable. Upper, lining, footbed and outsole options may include leather, synthetic materials, textiles, felt, foam, cork-latex, rubber and TPR. The final combination is confirmed according to the intended use, target price, performance requirements and project feasibility.

Depending on the construction, we can discuss body material, hardness, color, upper and lining, footbed, ventilation pattern, heel strap, outsole tread, logo details and packaging. If the project requires new tooling or structural changes, feasibility is reviewed according to the design, size range and expected order volume.

MOQ depends on the style, material, number of colors, size range, branding process, packaging and tooling requirements. Sample timing depends on whether an existing mold can be used, the extent of structural changes, material availability and the number of revision rounds. A confirmed MOQ and schedule are provided after the project requirements are reviewed.

Bulk production is checked against the approved sample and confirmed order specifications. Key checks may include molding integrity, sizing, critical dimensions, material hardness or rebound where applicable, color, branding, strap assembly, outsole finish, labels, packing and carton quantities.

We retain the approved sample reference, material and color specifications, logo files, packaging requirements and relevant production records. Before a repeat order begins, any changes involving materials, colors, tooling or packaging are reconfirmed to avoid unapproved substitutions or specification drift.
