Sports Shoes
We customize mesh and PU upper constructions, EVA midsole hardness and TPR outsole tread, with reinforcement placement adjusted by size range and intended use.
School & Dress Shoes
PU or suede uppers with TPR outsoles. Custom options include upper stiffness, collar shape, heel lining and strap construction.
Slippers
Materials include EVA, PVC, TPR, woven fabric and plush. We adjust footbed contours, upper coverage, sole thickness and tread according to the shoe construction.
Boots
PU, PVC and nylon options with customizable shaft height, lining thickness and heel support. Production controls address rain boot sealing and snow boot lining and outsole construction.
Water Shoes
Mesh or stretch Lycra uppers with TPR or lightweight outsoles. We customize fabric stretch, drainage structures, edge binding and outsole tread.
Canvas Shoes
Canvas uppers with TPR outsoles. We control upper dimensions after lasting, toe wrapping, sidewall adhesion and sole bonding to maintain consistent construction.
Woven Shoes
We confirm material swatches, texture direction, cutting layouts and stitching positions before production, then control color and texture consistency across sizes and batches.
Baby Shoes
Soft PU uppers, fabric linings and flexible soles. We customize sole thickness, forefoot flex, collar binding, closures and internal seam finishing by age and size range.
Fit by Age
Develop fit specifications for babies, toddlers, schoolchildren and teens. We adjust toe room, last width, instep space and sole flexibility, with key sample sizes reviewed to confirm proportions and closure placement across your range.
Closure Design
For children learning to put shoes on themselves, specify hook-and-loop straps and accessible openings. We adjust strap placement, collar shape and edge finishing for smaller sizes, with laces, buckles and elastic openings available for other age groups and styles.
Reinforcement Details
For school and active footwear, customize PU reinforcement around toes, lace eyelets and heels to address repeated running, bending and scuffing. Reinforcement coverage and placement are adjusted across sizes, alongside sole hardness and tread.
Decorative Details
Customize glitter finishes, woven textures and decorative placement for your children’s collection. We develop attachment details, collar binding and internal seam finishing together, paying particular attention to component placement and contact surfaces in smaller sizes.
Standardized QC Process
HEVA checks production against approved samples and specifications. Testing and report delivery follow the requirements and milestones agreed for each order.
Material Verification
We verify production materials against approved specifications, including upper and lining materials, outsole hardness and applicable material test reports.
Size Consistency
We check internal dimensions, toe shape, closure placement and pair symmetry across the ordered children’s sizes, using approved samples as the reference.
Attachment Checks
We inspect straps, buckles, eyelets and decorations, with pull tests where specified. Collar edges and internal seams are checked for rough edges and protruding components.
Performance Testing
The agreed testing plan covers relevant checks for sole bonding, flex, abrasion and slip resistance, with drainage, waterproofing or chlorine resistance testing added where applicable.
Final Inspection
We compare finished goods, size labels and packaging with approved requirements. Inspection records and applicable test reports are checked for correspondence with the supplied styles and materials.
